(s.5) Clinicians will have a greater understanding of the possible causes of corneal perforations and how they should be managed, as well as being able to advise patients on suitable prevention from possible trauma. 

(s.5) Clinicians will have a better understanding of how to systematically ‘work up’ a patient presenting with suspected corneal perforation and the appropriate course of action to take when managing these patients.

About The Panel

Colin Davidson is an Independent Prescribing Optometrist at Sussex Eye Hospital, Brighton where he is part of the medical retina and A & E teams. 

Prashant Shah is an Independent Prescribing Optometrist working in refractive surgery and a visiting Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire.

Harry Stewart is an Independent Prescribing Optometrist working in both hospital and community settings.
